Our products are made to order through our production and fulfilment network. This means your sweatshirt is produced after you place your order rather than being held as pre-made inventory.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on the product, production location and shipping method. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout. Production time is included in the overall delivery estimate.

Can I return my sweatshirt if I change my mind?
Because our products are made to order, we don't generally accept returns of correctly produced items simply because you've changed your mind or selected the wrong size. Please check the Size Guide before ordering. Your statutory UK consumer rights are unaffected.
What if my sweatshirt arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs. We'll review it and arrange an appropriate solution where the issue is covered.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Because orders move into production, changes may not always be possible once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
